Perceived Problem

  • We built the "Needs Feedback" filter which was a great start, but currently we still have some work to do in boosting visibility of posts that need feedback.
  • We have many users that can help with these posts - meaning they are native or advanced speakers in the language the posts are written in, and (V2) may even have the same interests - but if they are not very active on the platform and monitoring the feed, they won't know about those posts.

Ideas / Proposed Solution(s)

  • Build a scheduled email that notifies Journaly users about a selection of posts that need feedback and match the user's native/advanced languages

Details & Concerns

  • Cadence: 1/week
  • Number of posts to recommend: 10
  • Do we need an unsubscribe option for this?

Open Questions

  • How do we evenly distribute the posts that need feedback across the users who can help them? Especially when there aren't enough native speakers who can help all posts at the number of posts per user given above.
