New name for package

[Craftplacer]

Since Kaiteki grows in scope, more and more data models have to be adapted, going beyond just the Fediverse. It would be a good idea to maybe eventually rename the repository to kaiteki_data_models, kaiteki_backend_models, something around the lines of that.
