This is an example of the DNG opened in LR with Embedded and unselected color profiles:

x3f extract dng default settings - in lr with embedded profile - f16 125th

x3f extract dng default settings - in lr with unconverted profile selected - f16 1 125th

Versions of the RAW files from the SDQH with the following Meta data in the files appear to work (THese where acquired from sites like DPREVIEW)

"F23_CalibrationSoft Version:1.171

header.
version = 00040001
END: file header meta data

But the Meta data in my files is a higher revision:

F23_CalibrationSoft Version:1.172

header.
version = 00040002
END: file header meta data

This is version 1.04 of the firmware (The version that is current at this time for the SDQH from sigma)

A reference file can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/lwicgm3x41s2mhz/AAApcf0rx5KS0a2WWQAbjDpBa?dl=0 of both the original x3f file and a converted DNG

Some Background:

1. The Camera Produces DNG files that are able to be viewed correctly in a variety of software tools including adobes own tools.

sdqh - ooc dng - in light room - f16 125th in direct sunlight

2. The JPEGS and embedded JPEGs within the files appear to look correct.

ooc jpeg as viewed in lr - f16 1 125th

3. The x3f file that is converted can be opened in SPP and produce the correct looking output file.

All the reference images are f16 1/125th of a second of a Color checker Card in daylight.

No WB adjustments appear to be able to fix the colors from standard editing software. All the files where generated with the default settings of the tool: x3f_extract.exe *.x3f

But virtually all combinations of the x3f_extract flags that can apply to DNGs were tried beforehand and they had no impact on the resulting DNG color.

I can provide multiple examples if needed. This appeared to affect the approx 30 or so images I tested in a variety of lighting conditions. I can also produce any combination of settings, and lighting images if they would be needed to understand the behavior.
