更換裝備或艦娘時報錯

最近使用都會報類似於這類的錯誤，
且已將GameConstants.sqlite3更新至最新版本，
下載的檔案為20241207_updated_db.zip
依然會報類出以下錯誤。

且不論將整個腳本重新下載 更換GameConstants皆依然會有此狀況。

“⑦ 41 1:00”中的“编成”报错，已自动禁用：
执行编成舰队时检查到错误
