Server disabling actions append ".disabled" multiple times. #385

Brief bug description

Several SQL scripts for disabling objects incorrectly append ".disabled" multiple times, if re-run.

See comments in #383 code review for further details on affected files.

Repro steps

  1. Use action Disable SMTP Severs, Staging Servers and WebFarmServers 2 or more times.
  2. Check objects in database
  3. Notice that objects have ".disabled" appended multiple times.

Expected behavior

".disabled" is appended only once, even if run multiple times.
