The SPIR-V grammar has duplicate entries for the same token number, when the name of the token changes over time as it is standardized.
This can be confusing and can lead to inconsistencies.

The grammar will evolve so that the first mention of a token number will have full information, and subsequent token entries will have a name and repeat the token number only. See KhronosGroup/SPIRV-Headers#109
