Arrival time of payload at TTN and Azure IoT central Timestamp don't match #1

I was checking why a graph didn't quite look right and noticed the timestamp of the message in Azure IoT Central device "raw view" and TTN Application Device Data view were upto 4 minutes different. Need to look at the payload field used as timestamp on TelemetryEvent payloads.
