Sometimes in MP when you entering vehicle while hold jerrycan in hands vehicle explodes. (Seen that in MP, my teammate entered helicopter with jerrycan when I was pilot, helicopter exploded) Tried reproduce bug in SP editor with no success. I think it needs to add additional handling of this situation in code.

That sounds like a normal bug to me. Prevent entering vehicles when carrying a jerry can should fix it.

A collision with a jerrycan can't make a helicopter explode. This sounds to me more like this bug from vanilla:

What helicopter exactly? Do you use rotorLib?

It was UH60 from RHS mod. No, I didn't use expanded flight model.

I've heard from multiple sources now that helicopters from rhs are even more likely to explode. I have some ideas why this might be, but haven't found the time to check for myself.
A work-around seems to be to always shoot the helicopter before entering.

It is very unlikely that a collision with a jerrycan is the cause. Just try to spawn them inside the helicopter and the worst result you get is that they might flip.
