Provide GPS Fix Feedback to User

Hangashore should present information about the state of the GPS fix.

As a minimum we should handle the situation where there is no fix such that the hangashore user is presented with a "NO GPS FIX' message.

Further to this we should provide information about the number of satellites, HDOP, etc. as discussed previously (though I can't find the reference to any issues on Github).
