From the options bar on top, there's a settings dialog called "Grid Settings" that you can reach via:
View -> Grid -> Grid Settings.
There you can set the height and width of the individual cell of your grid.
Problem is that you can only do that on a document-wise basis.
Currently this setting isn't available under "Edit -> Preferences -> Grid & Background", where grid settings can be set on a global basis.
It would be really good if we could set this setting on a global basis, as then one wouldn't have to repeatedly do it every time a new document was opened.
Requesting the addition of this feature.
