I am new to LivingDoc and don't know anything. The README.md doesn't guide me through the demo. It would be nice to offer a step-by-step howto to use the demo

In other words: Assume the reader of the how-to has basic PC knowledge and can read English text. Do not assume an IntelliJ installation or any Kotlin knowledge.
