Ungrouping Individual Nodes

Describe the bug
When nodes are in a group and individual elements change (such as their location) this will be reset on ungrouping from that group. This is not the intended behaviour in some cases. We should either reset settings if requested or only do this if the whole group is ungrouped (not individual nodes).

Expected behavior
Nodes should retain their properties that been set on an individual level when being ungrouped individually.
