Repeated messages when reloading script #4

Good day,

I am running v1.0.1, When I reload the scripts from within Chatbot, I start getting multiple messages in chat.

The snapshot I included represents:

Fresh load of chatbot
Triggering 1 Twitch point action
Reload scripts from chatbot
Triggering 2nd Twitch point action

Thank you again for such a great script. I really appreciate having this option.
