I think it would be a good to compare the three packages to determine whether they all give the same answers, any differences in functionality, and perhaps to identify whether it makes sense to consolidate development efforts moving forward.

One difference is that I believe these are both standalone packages whereas sectionate comes with a companion package regionate that allows switching between surface integrals across boundary sections and convergence within a region mask.
I am aware of two other Python packages that aim to conservatively diagnose transports across sections in ocean models:
