I don't think we should allow any person to download files from the media folder / persistence folder, specifically in the case of private experiments

@zsinnema I'm assigning you to this one for now just to get your feedback here as I would like to know what you think about this issue and if you agree what do you propose to fix it?

@afonsobspinto with the current setup (using nginx as rev proxy) there is no way to check if a file is downloadable or not.

imho currently this is lower prio
