downloaded csv header starts with a comma [minor]

when I downloaded active experimental populations and open the csv, the header starts with a comma instead of z (as attached). might it be the case that there is a line preceeding the header that gets cropped? (which should not exists)

This is because the first header has no name:

It comes like that from cordmap. We can fix it on our side or it can be fixed in cordmap. What do you think @stephenlenzi ?

I'm changing the label from bug to feature, but I'm tempted to say there's nothing to do/fix here
