DuckDB Files are lost after each run

Note: As a GitHub action, the execution will create a duckdb file that will be created in the runner, after the runner finishes you will lose the file. You can add Python/DuckdDB code to create that file in Cloud Storage like Azure Data Lake, S3, etc. You will need to deal with authentication.
