Restart the bot to clear the "existing" set.

Marvin is currently linking to the non-existent "SCP-4" page. This is due to it being requested at a time where it existed several months ago. This resulted in it being added to the existing set which bypasses the check for if the page still exists. It might be ideal to restart the bot every month or so to prevent the cache from getting too out of date.

Note: Marv also links to "SCP-2" which, while it currently is an existing page, is a tale. I'm not sure if this is intended.
