I guess this refers to having a Blazor Web example (not Blazor Server nor Blazor WebAssembly, but Blazor Web). This can be moved to Milestone 2.

After building a sample, I couldn't see any difference in use compared to the Blazor Server implementation, so I don't think it is worth having this sample. Closing as won't do.
