It is another new costume for o31. Springfield from Girls' Frontline.

New exprops may be needed for the ribbon and hairstyle. The hairstyle is similar to existing twintails hairstyles and can support existing ACS with the twin-ribbon exprop, though it may look a little strange. The ribbon is recommended to either use a special exprop or only be equippable through the costume as it may look too low for existing twintails-type hairstyles.
