About build.sh compilation problems

Hello! I'll get NTRMsim1.0 according to the https://ntrtsim.readthedocs.io/en/latest/setup.html installation, but internal lack of yaml files. After installing github file, I got NTRMsim2.0, and then compiled according to the video (click bin/build.sh), I found that conf lacked build.conf and other files, so I copied a copy from the 1.0 folder. The recompilation error "Setup must be run before building -- see README.txt for more info." I copied and pasted env from the 1.0 folder back to the 2.0 folder for layer 3 compilation
