Welcome to the Infrastructure-Working-Group wiki! This houses information about the Committee, Working Group, Projects, RFPs, and Proposals.

Overview

The interim process involves a combination of Github, Google Docs, and Zendesk for participation of the committee members, the working group, ecosystem partners, and the community.

• Committee and Infra Working Group meeting notes will be posted in Discussions for transparency and comments.
• Requests For Proposals (RFPs) will be posted in Discussions so ecosystem partners can make proposals for them.
• RFP debates or discussions will happen in the same thread as the RFP.
• Regular Blog Posts will be posted in the Announcements category of Discussions. These will often be linked to social media posts.
• Decisions are created in this Github Repo. There is an Issue template for Decisions.
• Proposals involve a manual process. See below.
• Proposal debates or discussions will be created in the Proposals category in Discussions.
• Projects are created in this Github Repo. There is an issue template for Projects. There is a linked Github Project (see tab) to organize tasks, projects, and a roadmap.
• Tasks are created in this Github Repo and linked via a Task List to the appropriate Project. There is an Issue template for Tasks.
• Defects are created in this Github Repo and attached to a Task List in an appropriate Project. There is an Issue template for Defects. Defects are Project-centric based on a solution.
• Outages should be reported via the Zendesk process. See below.
