Hall of Fame - landing

There are 5 quests to join Hall of Fame and get lifetime bonus for all future contributions: 5w, 10w, 20w, 5m and 10m streaks.
Depends on number of completed quests Member of Hall of Fame get statuses:
1 quest: Bronze
2 quests: Silver
3 quests: Gold
4 quests: Platinum
5 quests: Rust
Visualization of Rank in the leaderboard should be implemented as well.

The block should be on the landing page between "Earn Sloth Points & Recognition" and "Leaderboard" blocks
The block shows contain description and a table
Title: "Hall of Fame
Description: "Complete quests, get new ranks and open new features of the Race of Sloths"

Table:
Columns: Rank, Sloth point bonus, Privilege
Rank: name + medal picture
Bonus: +5/10/15/20/25% text
Privilege: Custom text around 80-200 symbols
