RosTober - prize claiming mechanism

Launching this as a discussion thread before the actual tasks.

We need a semi-automatic mechanism for prize claiming. How it should work:

1. User logs in with his GitHub account on race-of-sloths.com
2. User navigates to the user profile
3. User is able to provide his NEAR wallet
4. The website should be able to check if KYC had been passed
5. Once the Race is finalized, the final prize is defined, and KYC has been passed, the user is able to claim his reward.
   NB: some of the claimers might be new to NEAR eco and maybe even crypto in general
