Ideally, I would like to only have a single account, but be able to browse the local and federated timelines of other instances in a similar way to the iOS app Toot!

This is a feature that I've never seen in another Mastodon / fedi client that I've dreamed of! All the time, you hear about how you can make as many different accounts as you want on different servers to see what's going on there, but... why should we have to? We can Follow accounts on any server from our home server, and most servers can be browsed and searched without logging in. It'd be super cool if, in Sengi, we could have columns for the feeds of other instances, including hashtags!

Mastodon seems to progressively remove anonymous access to the API: mastodon/mastodon#23989

This will prevent this issue from being feasible.

Would it at least be possible to do it in a way that would allow a user that has a redirect from a profile on a different server to view the local timeline from the server that the redirected profile is on?
