Device screen stays active when disconnecting #10

Expected: App listens to device disconnection and shows a screen that no device is connected
Actual: App looks like device is still connected

even after pressing the refresh button the device view is still there:

I suggest making a placeholder screen on the device view that tells you that no device is connected and that you should connect one:
