Implement NestBot pagination logic

As NestBot features grow we want it to support pagination too.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add reusable paginator to slack application using Slack API actions and interactive components (can be as simple as Previous/Next buttons first). It should be able to accept Algolia query results and render results independently for each user.
