Make entity tags clickable

The old backend tags were clickable. The search bar was updated upon project/contribute page tag click and the page was showing relevant search results.

Describe the solution you'd like
Restore this behavior for the new frontend.

Approach:
Restore tag click functionality so that clicking a tag updates the search bar and displays relevant filtered results on the page.

I was sick for the past four days so I couldn’t make the changes. Additionally, I faced some issues while trying to resolve them. You can go ahead and work on it.

@arkid15r can you please explain a bit that you are talking about which tags? if i am right then tags in the screenshot needs to be targeted?

Yes, those tags. For example, when you click on "appsec" tag it'll put this value to the search bar and show related search results. This needs to be done for projects and contribute pages.
