Feedback:

Can you extend the "We hope that this introduction explains" paragraph with a sketch of what a plan looks like? (I'm guessing) :

Comprehensive inventory of the system and its current state

Low-hanging fruit mitigations first.

Manage blast-radius of compromise with physical/network isolation (more I'm sure)

threat modeling?

I think this would make a nice outro/next-steps document
