Describe the bug
The repository is exceptionally confusing. Which file do I use? Occo.owl? Mergerd? Occo-terms? There is no documentation on which file to use for what purpose.

Expected behavior
Provide documentation for what to use or make the documentation more clear, if it does exist. I assumed it would be in the README
