I meet the prerequisites, however I get this error when trying to access the template in Power BI Desktop:
Unable to open template
'C:\Users...\Downloads\Microsoft Project for the Web Power BI Template 2021.pbit' can't be opened. Either the file is encrypted or corrupted.

I've tried on multiple machines. Can someone please advise? Thank you.
