Input data format

Should the input to the model be raw counts or normalised data? I couldn't find it documented anywhere and there is some inconsistency in the example datasets. Most of them seem to have counts but demo_train.h5ad has seems to have normalised data.

If there are any other requirements for the input data that would also be great to know.
