Description of the issue

From SIROP project meeting 2023-07-13 and #19:

Maybe it is useful to have for each scenario field like ambition level where one can enter things like:

  • 100 % share of renewables by 2045
  • 95 % reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by 2050
