OSM-S-137 appears to have moderate antimalarial activity but I feel the benzyl substituent could be a source of headache in terms of metabolic liability and general oiliness:

@mbhebhe I feel if this were to be pursued the N-cyclopropylmethylpiperazinyl analogue would be a wise first choice as it's precursor is cheap: http://www.matrixscientific.com/024199.html

@mbhebhe I see your carrying out brominations on various ring systems - will those brominated cycles be used to make corresponding analogues of the s3 hit?
