Saved OTIO files don't automatically append the .otio extension #94

When you save an OTIO file from Raven the file name doesn't have .otio appended to the end. I would expect an application to append the file extension for you if you haven't added it yourself but that might just be me. Is this something that should be added?

Yes, that would be a nice addition to prevent mishaps.
