keeps crashing

when i first got it it worked like a charm. sometimes it crashed but i just relaunch the app but its getting to the point where its every other thing i wanna download im met with the error

Is it the dot? Also, when I try to disable artwork downloading for this album to file - it says "Downloaded artwork for album "p l e a s e s t a n d b y . . ." instead of crashing.
