Elytra fly glitch still works #2708

About a week ago, I reported this glitch.
#2706

As it happens, you are unable to elytra from lobby anymore.
But you can still activate it by putting elytra on while in spectator of a game.

Reproduce:

Put on elytra in observers mode
Start flying
Join the match (/join) while flying in observers mode
You will still be able to use the elytra
