We have Tools.h, SomethingIntersection.h, BoxHelper.h and rather complex member functions inside the Geometry-Classes themselves. Perhaps, we find some rules how to properly arrange functions in a way, one can easily find them.

Suggestion:

Geometry/ObjectFiles (headers only)
Geometry/Tools/ToolFiles
