CodiMD can't be embed into Linksholder by using publish URL
CodiMD can't be viewed by using publish URL

I actually think you would want to use: https://docs.sandstorm.io/en/latest/developing/web-publishing/

Static web publishing would not only provide you a publish URL, but would not need to boot up the CodiMD grain/software to display the output.
