As in the title. The bxSlider does not appear to be supported any more and it wouldn't make sense to release it with 0.5.0 and drop it a few releases afterwards.
Additionally that's one dependency less.

Is very simple, no any usefull options.
Maybe better to find another library, for example http://www.jssor.com or any other with additional features.
