I am facing the problem where in case of Flow Runs getting
503s from the Prefect api the run goes into the crashed state. A simply retry in the UI reruns it with the same configuration. I would like to automate that but when I looked into Automations there is no retry option to choose from. Using Run a deployment is missing all the configuration.
