the above mentioned data is my ecg signals emits by my 2 leads ecg device, here how i can identify r peaks using this algo because the data that this algo expects from 1.0 to 3.0 right? do i need to normalize this data's?

Can you please share the data of at least 2 minutes. What device are you using?
