The Media Processing Unit, or MPU (former SPU) is the core of the Puara framework: it is responsible to receive sensor data from all connected controllers, mapping devices, and running embedded synthesis processes.
This project is developed and maintained in a partnership between SAT/Metalab and IDMIL.

Alternatively, you can download the MPU OS image to use in any Raspberry Pi. There's no need to reproduce the hardware of the MPU.
