[BUG] Moving up ramps is jittery after updating to 1.01-dev #144

Describe the bug
After updating the server to the newer version moving up ramps became laggier than usual

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Strafe on the ramp to get more speed and it'll shake you

Jitter also depends on server's maxfps
