14.QVDReduce.qvs missing from LoadAll.qvs after creating container #27

When a container is created with the 'QlikDeploymentFramework.exe', the function QVDReduce is never loaded. After looking at deployed code, the line that loads the file '14.QVDReduce.qvs' is not present in 99.LoadAll.qvs.
