The measurements of the rose21 robot model are not completely correct.
Not sure which ones. Check, fix and cleanup the model.

Measuring this exactly right is time consuming, to say the least. We should already have the distances right?

Obviously, everything should be correct. But we already have some measurements in the TF nodes that we should be able to reuse, if we haven't done so already.
