So, with having a talks page (see #21 ), I want to give an update on the talks listing. As you can see in the data not all talks/speakers are activated yet. That is on purpose for two reasons:

  1. I want to make the showing up of more talks current news
  2. we are still missing info.

We currently have 5 confirmed talks on the website and the plan is to announce them as part of the next TWiRF later today all together but also tweet them, individually, on the following days. I think two per day is good and I'd coordinate that with those speakers also being featured on the main page next two our keynote speakers.

Therefore I am planning right now to promote (must be updated):

  • Sat, 23rd: Sonja & Stephan
  • So, 24th: Martin & Brian
  • Mo, 25th: Tim & William (not yet activated)

I am still waiting to hear back from the following before we can announce them:

  • Felix: confirm the talk description
  • Henneli: confirm talk title and description
  • Matthieu: Profile picture
  • Ashley: Profile picture
  • Paige: Profile Picture
  • Kai: Profile Picture and Bio
  • Sharon: Profile picture
