[Feature Request] Remove requirement of pageScrolling property for emitting the tableScrolled event

Describe your proposal.
Request for removing the requirement that table pageScrolling property must be true in order for the table to emit the tableScrolled event. I want to track scroll position but don't need pageScrolling auto-load feature.
