In Object Page Section with custom header, selected tab displayed is not always correct.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents-react/v2/?path=/story/layouts-floorplans-objectpage--section-with-custom-header
2. Click on 'Employment' tab
3. Observe that section content scrolls to show Employment section but tab bar shows 'Personal' tab in blue color with blue bar underneath it.

Expected Behaviour

Correct tab should be in selected state with blue color.
