When processing a self-report, the system should prompt the user to manually select a Case Classification for the resulting case. This will ensure that case classifications are set intentionally at the time of creation.
Current Behavior
Self-reports currently create cases with the default classification "Not yet classified."
Proposed Behavior
When a user processes a self-report:
Prompt them to select a Case Classification for the new case.
Provide the options that are in place (reuse from case creation) for this disease in a dropdown or selection menu.
Added Value/Benefit
Improved Data Quality and Accuracy
Ensures that every new case is classified intentionally, reducing ambiguity in case data.
Helps maintain consistency in how cases are categorized.
Acceptance Criteria
Add the selection to the form
Preselect "Confirmed case."
User can select any other
The selected classification is saved correctly with the newly created case.
